Stopped taking these.
The problem with these is that they caused my blood sugar to fall, and made me light headed. Now that i have stopped taking them I am ok. I would recommend them for Diabetics.

My hair was falling out a lot for a while and I posted about it in a facebook group wondering what it was. They all said it was probably this so I stopped taking it. One week after stopping these tablets my hair was back to normal in it's shedding.
