Another thought to help others is that there is not alot of info as to configuration of this device that I could find. An Oscope which has a range in the 20-20khz range is probably a must. I purchased one from desertcart, only to find later, a friend owned one. I suspect most, if they asked, do know someone who has or has access to one. My best resource for configuration was episode 6 of car audio Q&A on youtube. With the scope, the online instructions, and watching this segment several times, most will realize the way all audio systems with active crossovers should be configured. Another thought, all one needs as an input is stereo. Simply left and right is all that is required. To end this, I will say that I never wish to set up another car audio system without what this device offers. But be forwarned: I was ripped off bigtime. I bought mine through Amazon as NEW IN BOX. For $800 or thereabouts. When I opened it, it looked complete. It looked like from the factory. It was not. It had been completely gutted. All jumpers missing. No firmware. All configs deleted. Completely devoid of any intelligence. It took a pro installer 2 days and 3-4 hrs on the phone with Audison to get the processor back into working order. I filed a claim but I was not reimbursed. The seller never responded. I complained to Amazon but after a few exchanges, I dropped the case. The unit works now, but probably will never function as well as a genuine factory-fresh unit. It still has power-up pops and also drains my car battery, so I need to unplug it from power whenever I leave the vehicle off for more than a couple of days. A new one probably has a power-off program that can be configured, or the installer wasn't as good as I thought and did not install an inline power-off switch. Sorry for the rant. Just be careful.
