So, at 61 years old and multiple injuries and surgeries to my left knee and leg...I hit the wall in May. Hardly able to walk any longer I went through the series of joint supplement shots, 5 to be exact. No good. With walking and attempting to continue going up and down stairs and make it through the day, I continued with severe pain, so much so that my lower back began to hurt all the time as well. Back to the doctor who told me I was bone on bone. My x-ray with a giant screw already in place from a past injury, looked awful. Bone spurs and yep, bone on bone in the joint. I was wearing a tens unit turned wide open all day long and still looked like I was dragging a broken leg and pain with every step that I took. Looking for every option I could find I ran across this wonder. I began taking them as indicated and was also given a steriod shot in the meantime...which lasted about 3 days. Still I continued taking these. At week 4, I began to notice a difference. I am now at week 6 and my pain level has gone from a very large 10 to 11 ..to almost zero. Im walking normally, my back never hurts. I have at times experienced a little pain, maybe a 1 or 2....but 99% of the time it remains zero. So glad to have found this and still ordering. I cannot promise that it will work for everyone but for me, I am very comfortable now and surgery is off the table, thankfully. I can only hope that anyone trying this gets the same results. I will echo so other comments. Take it as directed, be patient and give it time. "Time" may be different for some, I have seen other get results faster but their condition may not have been as dire as mine. It literally does work for me and I will continue taking it as long as it will provide relief. Just to walk is such a blessing. Best wishes to anyone else thinking about trying it. It really helped with join stiffness in the morning

I had ran out and needed a refill ASAP. Amazon delivered fast like usual so I didn't miss too many doses. Love this supplement for my joints. I started taking this earlier this year due to joint pain and poor range of motion. After about a month I started taking boxing boot camp classes and I'm the beginning it was rough, but I believe with continued use of this product and more frequent exercise I have relieved my joint pain. I couldn't do squats without pain and could barely even get into position, but I kept using this product and kept going to class and it just got easier and easier and without pain. I use other products by Live Conscious as well with great results. Highly recommend trying their products. Just remember these are supplements and nothing works over night. Give the product time to work.

Nothing bad to say about the product. Just unsure of any results. After two months of taking these, I had a knee injury from walking down the stairs. Torn meniscus and ACL, and LCL sprain. I’ve continued taking for another month, but I am not improving any faster. I am also a very active and fit person under 30 years old. So not sure if this product is beneficial.

The caps are large but easy to swallow, it's too soon to see if they are working. Strangelyhaving weird dreams since taking these vitamins. I will continue to take them for a sore knee.

I am pleased with this supplement. I noticed an improvement after 7-8 days of starting the supplement. It is definitely helping me!

I have the classic knees, that played too much football, rain up too many hills, rode too many horses and judged too many cattle and horse shows. I do not have the option of knee replacement at this time. I have tried most of the neutraceutical products, with some differing results. I normally wait, a week, between products. For me, this will not be a cure, BUT, the Movewell Plus gel capsule, so far one a day,is giving definite assistance.
