When pulled with the slightest bit of tension it comes loose. The clip just pulls apart. Not great for a product that needs to undergo tension when on a run/cycle or hike.Other issues i have with this are... you can’t thread apple headphones though the slot. The plug is too big. No massive problem cos you can just thread it through the zip but as most phones are Apple I would have thought this would have been accounted for.Also the buckle is a large piece of plastic that has sharp edges where the mould isn’t finished properly. It’s just not a quality build. You can feel it digging and pinching when you’re exercising.My old one I bought for £4 at Decathlon and I never even thought about it. It was just really functional with no issues.Since I’m the only review that had had the issue with the buckle not clipping securely I take it I’ve got a dud?! I’d appreciate a replacement ASAP?! I hate armbands for phones and carrying my backpack is cumbersome when I just want to leg it to the gym. Took this out for a spin today and it was great. Stored my phone and key perfectly and the weight didn’t drag the bag down. Sits comfortably around the waist. The elasticated waist has a lot of give in it. Forgot I was wearing it. Used with Bluetooth headphones and no loss in connectivity with the phone in the pouch. There is a little hole for wired headphones. Reflective strip is very visible for evening runs. Very happy with my purchase and so cheap compared to other products, certainly as effective. Made well too. No loose threads and fabric seems quite strong. ### ⭐⭐ *NOT* waterproof *by A***M on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 November 2020* From the product description "It is also waterproof to prevent your items from getting wet with sweat." This is completely false. I put my phone in it and it gets completely soaked with sweat every time I use the belt. The sweat soaks straight through the padding on the back and into the main pouch where the phone is. Every time I take my phone out it is soaked.
