To my ears these options don't actually sound any good. Maybe it was my soldering or simplifying the signal chain but It was only when I binned the switches and wired it in the standard full humbucker way , It really came to life. Clean ,it is smooth and warm and with some gain it wails and sings. I am very happy now. Paired with the JB I have an impressive arsenal of usable sounds. I don't like that "hot" humbucker sound and this is perfect for me.
