Mine seems to have a good bit of ground on dirt only after a couple of uses?** A: Absolutely brilliant especially if only cooking for 2 only have to clean griddle pan but yes also Good for larger number **Q: Any suggestions as to what Utensils to use with this? Would stainless steel ruin the coating?** A: I use the Weber tools and they are stainless steel. This is ‘solid’ cast iron and not Teflon / coated so is fairly resilient. It is perfect as a flat plate for cooking fish especially. I love it. Do follow the instructions to get it as hot as required, that definitely helps. **Q: Can this be used on a Weber gas if you don’t have the removable circle?** A: Yep. **Q: Can you fix paella with the griddle?** A: I’ve never cooked one but I would probably say it’d not suitable. I would say the pan depth would be the same as a deep pan pizza base.
