My results improved, and also they've helped me with going to the toilet daily instead of every 3 or 4 days. Tried these and, just 2 days in, there is a noticeable reduction in belly girth. I'm not out of shape by any means, indeed I used to hit the gym for a couple of hours 5 days a week up until retiring 2 years ago and I regularly play golf and walk the dog, but a little help never goes amiss.
