Expensive but excellent quality.
This is a superb add-on. It matches exactly my existing iMac keyboard. Expensive but excellent quality.Since using this for a few days I have found that my Bluetooth Keyboard starts to play up and will not type the correct letters or stalls all together. I have an Apple Tracker Pad and decided that the two accessories might be working against each other.I am correct. After taking the batteries out of the tracker pad I have had no more trouble with the number pad.Fortunately I don't use that tracker pad very often so it might end up on that other intent shop beginning with 'e'.

Near perfect match for my Mac keyboard.
Ideal for data entry in spreadsheets. I use it in conjunction with my Apple Trackpad, Apple Keyboard and Logitech M570 Trackball. Perfect setup for me, IMO.

Belkin F8T067 Numeric keypad ...disappointing
This arrived promptly, but with limited instructions. Hmm...First off, it won't sucessfully pair over Bluetooth with Apple's Filevault turned on. I'm guessing abscence of a dedicated driver here. So the first order of business is to turn firevault off, and pairing then seems to work. I can rename it, too.On the face of it, the Belkin is a good visual match for the iMac's wireless keyboard, and Apple sell the same product with this intention too.The number pad continues the keyboard's F1 to F12 with function keys of its own - F13 to F16 - but I haven't been able to get them to work, yet. At least I have a delete button that goes in the opposite direction to the keyboard's, so its no more pressing fn-delete to go the other way.Annoyingly, there's no battery level indicator with the number padd connected over Bluetooth, and System Preferences doesn't treat it as a standalone device with its own settings, like the keyboard or mouse. Annoying. At least the numbers work.

Rather buy a skipping rope than this piece of rubbish.
This is the worse product I have ever bought. It comes WITH ABSOLUTELY NO INSTRUCTIONS. There are 4 function keys which no one knows how to program - look up the blogs!!. Try writing to Belkin for information and all you get is SILENCE as the keypad. It sometimes works and it sometimes behaves stubbornly and JUST DOES NOT WORK. How to get it to work is anyone's guess. If you don't want to go to hell by swearing at this device DO NOT BUY IT.

Good match for Apple Magic Keyboard Series 1
I bought this item because the Apple Magic Keyboard Series 1 lacks a numeric keypad. The Belkin keypad matches it closes in terms of appearance - which is nice. I had a bit of bother connecting it to my Mac at first but after a quick troubleshoot via a Google search, I got it working. The keypad keys feel slightly different from that of the keyboard but that doesn't bother me. If the keypad has been left idle for a while it will disconnect from the computer which can be frustrating when you are go to the pad to type in a number quickly only to discover that the keypad needs a few seconds to reconnect. For me this is a small gripe but it might be an issue for others. All in all, I'm pleased with it - I'm grateful I no longer have to use the numbers on the main keyboard.
