I have tried it with the infant seat. This model was $10 cheaper than the one marketed specifically for the ultralight, so we took a chance, and it fits perfectly. **Q: does the rain cover fit even when a car seat is installed up front and the rear seat is installed?** A: I've not tried it, but I don't think it would. It's a pretty snug fit around the stroller without the car seat attachment- great for keeping them dry and warm, but not big enough to stretch another foot or so out in the front. Joovy does make a head support called the Snugging Go, so you could use that with the rain cover for a little one. Not as convenient, but it would do the job. **Q: Rain cover does not fit very well - will it stretch & fit eventually?** A: My cover fits just fine. Are you sure you have it going on correctly and over the bars on the sides? The trim sticks up a bit from the basket but I think that's due to the curved zipper. **Q: Does this work over the infant insert?** A: I bought this for my BOB stroller. I use it with my BOB and Graco car seat adapter + Graco infant car seat. Only reason for 4stars instead of 5 is that it could do with being a little wider and longer as very snug fit and doesn't stretch very well over food tray when on and if was to use the car seat function not a very good fit.
