Product Description
Bulk Complete Greens have been a staple of product range since 2012. Over the course of the years, there’s been a few variations of this product, some with more ingredients and some with less. They have always done their best to bring the best product to their customers, which is why they have the ethos of “less is more”. They have chopped the ingredients list down from 25 ingredients to 10 of the best super greens that are fully established in sports nutrition. Their super greens powder consists of Spirulina, Chlorella, Broccoli, Wheatgrass, Pumpkin Protein, Barley Grass, Alfalfa, Spinach, Moringa and Kale. In the unflavoured version, these ten ingredients are all you’ll get, in all their vibrant green glory. In flavoured versions, they add some natural flavouring, citric acid and stevia extract to provide a fruity twist to the experience. Their Complete Greens are ideal for adding to smoothies, soups, or just for shaking up with some water for a hit of protein, fibre and nutrients.

Don’t mix it into a drink! Try this:
I have used this on and off for years. This green powder is incredible value. It certainly gives a super energy boost..BUT the taste is SAVOURY. It’s kind of bitter and herby so no good for adding to smoothies. Gazpacho soup might work!Forget sipping it in a lot of liquid - no way!I find it’s best to mix with an inch or two of water/ juice, chug it down then drink a glass of water to wash the taste away. That way it’s perfectly acceptable. The benefits are more than worth it.

What's in it, and what's the Vita Content?
I mix it into my breakfast smoothie, and add honey to take the taste away. There seems to be some description contradictions about the ingredients, so one can also question the validity of the "5 a day " claim. It boasts extensively about the vitamin contents of the ingredients, but it doesn't state how much one portion contributes to the RDAs so I can't really say this stuff actually does anything for me. I can't say I feel better or worse for eating it. But I can say that maybe it's quite expensive as a product without having the claims properly supported. I'm just writing this review as I decide whether to buy another or not.

Whats with the measuring scoop!
I ordered this after reading the good reviews. Tastes pretty rank like all greens drinks, but I chuck a bit of flavour in there with some juice or something and its bearable down in one. Ill order it again but I will say on the negative side it baffles me why the measuring scoop is so small and the recommended amount to take is 3.5 scoops. Just get a scoop that is the right size! After messing around Im taking two level tablespoons (proper measuring spoons) with 400ml of water once per day. I think that covers the two servings they recommend.

Disgusting flavour but great effect
Very difficult to know how many stars to give. This tastes absolutely disgusting and the texture is horrible. But there is no doubt that it gives me a buzz and has a positive effect on me. So I recommend although I wonder if there is a similar thing that tastes better. This is the first time I've tried this kind of thing.

Practical and Quick, 5-a-Day Veg Solution
Rating 5 stars for flavour although it is vile, it is powdered wheatgrass, brocolli, spirulina, kale etc. It can be made well palatable by mixing with warm water adding psyllium husk to thicken it a bit and a small bit of salt. Adding the psyllium husk tends to clot so needs to be added slowly and use one of those spring things in the shaker even if you have a lid that does the mixing. Either that or grin and bear it! I use it because cooking greens is impracticable because of disability but I still need the nutrients.

Happy with this, a lot cheaper than most green powders. Really happy with the ingredients, seems that's there's no crap in there. Tastes herby, my friend said it smells like pizza (Italian herb mix). I don't drink it in 200ml of water because it doesn't taste wonderful, so I just put it in maybe a quarter of a glass of water with a squeeze of lemon, down it and then drink a pint of water after. It's not as horrible as people make it out, but it's not an enjoyable drink either. As for the benefits, I've only had it about 5 times, so I'm not sure if there's anything noticeable yet, but I wasnt expecting it to be a miracle product just a supplement to my diet.

Suits me!
Only just started using it, so can't comment too much on my well being. However, I like the taste. I purchased the unflavoured. It's very herby, so if you like Italian herb flavours as I do, it's fine. I could easily drink 3 servings a day. But that would be too expensive, and unnecessary. 3&a half scoops in a glass of cold water as it says is enough. Will continue purchasing, as I just can't seem to get my 5 or more a day otherwise.

Quite tasty with fruit and yogurt
I tried this as a drink and decided this was not the way I want to take this (hot or cold). Instead I add a teaspoon to my large bowl of Greek yogurt, flaxseed and fruit for breakfast and I quite like the herby taste it adds. I am not taking this for the anti oxidants but to add diversity to the range of vegetables I eat. I eat more than most anyway so I don't need this everyday. Hopefully my gut appreciates it.
