They’re really easy to move between different pairs of shoes, which is super convenient. I use mine in a pair of North Face Hedgehog low hiking shoes, they are thicker than the originals but still a good fit and they are VERY comfortable!Update: I've bought another pair to fit in my Merrell All Out Blaze trainers which are my day to day work shoe. Super comfortable and well worth paying 1/3 of the cost of the shoes as an upgrade. I work 4 lots of 12 hour shifts and even at the end of the last shift my feet are in great condition!Update 2: Bought a third set of the green which I'm using in a pair of Salewa Mountain Trainer High boots. I will never learn.On both occasions I have effected a cure by using these insoles in my footwear day and night. This purchase was an additional pair and this enabled me to use them in my indoor and outdoor footwear continually, only removing the footwear in bed and whilst showering.
