Great product, easy to roll while travelling, sturdy and has a great space! Been using it extensively for the past three years. I’m very happy with this product!

Solid and secure hold luggage, built to last
I purchased this Aeris 64 to replace another that was more than ten years old and had been around the world many times. I had replaced the wheels and main lock free of charge but in the end the main spine broke.Be aware the Samsonite Aeris 64 is not lightweight and is too large for hand carry. It is however very strong, easy to manoeuvre, only has two wheels so does not roll around when placed on a train or bus, has no external zip (important for security) and a TSA lock (for the USA). The design of the case has not changed and I expect to get another ten year use out of the new one. Also bear in mind if something such as the wheels, handle or lock break they can easily be repalced at home and Samsonite are very good at sending out replacements free-of-charge as part of the ten year warranty. The only slight disappointment is Samsonite have changed the interior straps and divider and I do not think it is as good as the old one. Luckily because the case body itself has not changed I was able to remove some of the features from my old Aeris 64 and fit to the new one.

THE BEST OF ITS KIND
This is a quality item, and although it is slightly more expensive than others available on the market, it is well worth the extra. The interior is well designed for most items needed on a holiday and the locks on the case are sturdy, secure and reliable. The appearance of this case is elegant and understated and I would not hesitate in recommending it for those who seek an elegant, quality item which does the job for which it is intended and looks good too. It is easy to manoeuvre having an extending handle and wheels.

Great!
Sturdy travel case it has a clip on the lock on each side of the case to ensure the case closes tightly on the sides plus the combination lock in the middle.Well designed hard back case and the wheels are unlikely to be broken by those ever careful baggage handlers

Samsonite Aeris Upright Suitcase
Very stylish lightwweight design suitcase with easy to set up combination lock with TSA.would have been nice to have key operated locks on the side latches to give it that bit extra security instead of twist and turn knobsnot actually used it yet but had a very similar Samsonite one that gave me many years of service.Good value for money.

Strong and reliable travel bag
Durable, strong enough. Two weel makes bag very maneuverable. Unfortunately no top handle.

I have left a review of these cases until now as I really wanted to give them a good workout before recommending them to anyone else which I will now do, they are great strong cases and take the punishment in their stride we used these to take on Lions trip to New Zealand this year and we are very pleased with them. This seller provided the best deal around and cases were genuine and were delivered fast and with no damage we can recommend these type of cases

No safe top handle; risk of lock combination changing
This 64l medium suitcase is a perfectly workable simple box with a separated lid compartment. It tows well on two wheels with the handle that adjusts to two heights for different size people. We have just used it for a 17 night holiday in a hot climate and it was just big enough for one person’s clothes with a loaded weight of 20kg.There are drawbacks. The side clips are flimsy when open - careful not to knock them or they will break. When closed remember to lock them or they may get bumped open in transit and if they will break. The main lock has a a long bar just underneath which is the latch and, when lifting the latch to close the clasp, it’s very easy to accidentally change the combination. We’ve done it and had to pick the lock. Other feedback suggests others have done the same. When you stand it on its side for carrying, it doesn’t stand upright but at an odd angle - odd. If a taxi driver or suchlike gets hold of the case in its resting upright position (the normal resting position) then their natural instinct ( ours too) is to lift the case by the (extending) handle. This then bends horribly and we suspect it will eventually break as it’s not (?) meant to be lifted there. Usually on upright cases there is a second simple handle to lift in this position, but with this case - nothing. It’s a huge omission and we are very nervous of using the case when we are not totally in control of its handling.
