Sturdy well balanced
I'm very pleased with this elliptical.I'm 65 yo, 5'6"... NVM how much I weigh. My objectives were to find something I wouldn't hate to increase activity since I've had to give up my favorite sports and my hobbies are done sitting at a desk. I wanted something quiet, so not a treadmill. Stationary bikes didn't look comfortable and last thing I need is more time sitting on my a$$. I looked at ellipticals (and other machines) for a couple weeks, reading reviews, trying for a balance of features, quality, and price, and I'm so happy I chose an elliptical... THIS elliptical. It arrived well packaged, the small parts/screws etc were each in zip bags that were well labeled including the order/step of assembly. Included were a small flat wrench and two Allen wrenches with Phillips end. Instructions were pretty good, any confusion was more operator understanding. I suppose a video would have clarified a few things (maybe there is one, I didn't look) but compared to most assembly instructions these were surprisingly thorough. It went together fairly easily, about an hour... Although I'm convinced it would have been faster if husband would not have helped ha!It looks really nice and substantial, like something more expensive and not embarrassing without taking up huge amounts of area. I've put it in living room behind sitting area, so visitors end up seeing it but it's not an eyesore. Location was to encourage use. Added to my morning routine, no coffee until after elliptical (that's right, I bribe myself with coffee). The first day I tried it, it was a bit tricky getting the feet moving... like a cross between a bike and climbing stairs. But I never felt like the thing was going to fall over or that I would fall off. Now only a couple weeks in, and easy peasy. I already have an improvement in my time on machine and am very pleasantly surprised with improvement in my balance/strength. I'm going up and down the real stairs in our house much better. I like watching instructional videos on ytube/phone wearing earbuds, so I set my timer and watch during my little workout. The time flies by and two birds one stone. The area on machine holds my phone fine, note sure someone using a tablet etc would be able to fit in allocated slot. The pulse monitor and display work well, same bpm as my Fitbit so seems accurate. The monitors are located in the stationary handles, therefore readings are taken if you place your hands accordingly. I don't really use it though, since the display isn't lighted... probably the only con I have for the unit. But I work out early, and don't turn the lights on bright because I HAVEN'T HAD MY COFFEE YET ha!I get up first and it's important to me that using the unit is quiet and not going to wake husband or guests. This really fits the bill. A couple times I had early appointments so opted for later workout... Husband was watching TV, and I was working out right behind him and we could both hear the TV and talk (about how he should try the elliptical but he makes excuses). All told, I'm very happy with this machine.Sturdy, quiet, easy, effective, and reasonably priced.

It is so smooth and exactly what I need.
Love this machine! It is so smooth and exactly what I need. It is fairly quiet, easy to move, stable, and easy to use. You just can't beat it for the price! I did remove the handles after getting it in place just to same some room, but it works great even in a tight space without them. I highly recommend.

Good, affordable home “elliptical”
To be honest, I was a little skeptical of this home elliptical at first after using the gym machines and previously having a Sole a few years ago. I certainly didn’t expect the same level of quality from this machine as those I use in the gym, but the Sole machine I used to have set the bar really high. This machine doesn’t quite live up to that piece of equipment, but it’s also much, much cheaper.I just finished my first 45 minute workout and I feel like this was a good investment. Assembly was reasonably easy and can be accomplished by one person without any problems. The assembled machine feels pretty solid and operates without any squeaks or the feeling like it’s going to fly apart. For my first session on this machine I worked at a level 4 and it provided plenty of resistance. The calorie count was reasonably accurate at 654 over the 45 minute session versus 645 on my Apple Watch. The heart rate monitoring, however, was about 30bpm off of what my watch was reading. I do not know how it measures distance. I either held onto the arms or the heart rate pad during the workout. I wouldn’t recommend trying to exercise without holding on, as once you let go it feels ever so slightly unstable.I eventually would like to upgrade to a Bowflex machine, but it’s also much more expensive than this, so this is going to be a good alternative for now. Overall, I’d recommend if you want to find something to get your heart rate up for a few hundred dollars.

A Game-Changer for Home Workouts!
I recently purchased the YOSUDA Pro Cardio Climber Stepping Elliptical, and I’m absolutely thrilled with my decision! This machine has exceeded my expectations in every way. The build quality is incredibly sturdy, and it feels like it will last for years to come. It has a smooth, quiet operation, which is perfect for using it while watching TV or listening to music without any distractions. One of the standout features for me is the versatility of the machine. It combines the benefits of a stepper, elliptical, and climber all in one, giving me a full-body workout that targets multiple muscle groups. The adjustable resistance levels let me tailor the intensity of my workout, whether I’m looking for a light cardio session or a more intense workout. The digital display is easy to read, showing important stats like time, distance, speed, and calories burned. It helps me track my progress and stay motivated. I also appreciate how compact the design is, making it perfect for home use without taking up too much space.Overall, the YOSUDA Pro Cardio Climber Stepping Elliptical has been a game-changer for my fitness routine. It’s efficient, effective, and enjoyable to use. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile, high-quality cardio machine!
