**Q: Inside is it a backplate where the wires attach and a sealed thermostat unit which clips on the front with metal prong connectors?**
A: My partner who fitted it says .'yes, it has the metal pringed connectors'.

**Q: Will an electrician be needed to fit this if the house does not have a thermostat at all?**
A: Would be advisable, especially as you'll be adding new wiring.

**Q: Is this like the RWC unit RSTA100005 old unit ?**
A: I don't know as mine arrived broken and my electrician got me another one

**Q: how do I wire this into a Potterton EP2 programmer I have lost the diagrame**
A: Sorry I've not connected mine up yet as it's still in the box in another house I have
