customer service was great.
We had a problem with the Hub motor, and the customer service people sent us a replacement quickly. The bike itself, thumbs up!!

Good bike
Just assembled and test road it. It's good. I also have an Aventon Abound and it's quite frankly a better bike but for several hundred dollars more. It's in the design, not the build. Things like hydraulic vs. mechanical disk brakes, handle bar adjustment, things like that. I suspect the tire selection will be better since I got a lot of rear tire flats on the Aventon before I upgraded the tires and tubes, and added puncture protection and slime. I think this might not be an issue with the Ranger. The KBO Ranger is a pretty good bike. Assembly is easy. Easier than the Aventon. Range is reported to be further. I haven't tested that. It's very attractive and stylish. The construction is solid. The components fit a little better than the Aventon. It's a great bike for a great price. I look forward to putting some miles on it!

Faulty - does not turn on
My husband researched e-bikes and wanted this one, so I got it for him as an early Christmas gift. He assembled it, followed all the directions, charged it, etc. and it does not work. He called customer service and they were not helpful at all. They said he needed to deal with the “Amazon channel” customer service (whatever that is…) since it was purchased on Amazon. I would NOT recommend this bike to anyone. And I will update my review if it ultimately gets resolved. Do better Amazon and KBO bikes. Based on another review, sounds like faulty wires is common.

Very great bike, but could work on the stock seat.
It’s a fun and responsive bike. No struggle to go up roads and very easy to use the controls. But while the seat may look comfortable, it starts to feel uncomfortable after 30 minutes. And this was by 3 different persons who used it. Bought a wider seat from KBO and it felt lot better.

Excellent Customer Service
We had some issues at first. Our first bike had some faulty wires. We sent back bike and had a wonderful customer service rep. Texted me back within 24 hours. We had multiple communication. Answered all my questions. I highly recommend.
