Also my batteries seem to go down to amber after 30-60 seconds on the second lowest speed on flat ground... didnt used to do all thatUPDATE:2great customer care/support really helpfull and kind also very friendly and even have a few laughs on the phone whilst sorting the problem and giving advice not at all like the bad stories you see in reveiws/forums complete opposite THANKS AGAIN BETTERLIFE

Excellent product,easy to assemble & use.The only minor drawback is the weight,it could be too heavy for some people to lift into a vehicle.

Very heavy wheelchair.I am able to just manage it using my ramps to get in and out of the car.Would not be liftable in and out of a car.
