I bought it mainly for something a bit different for evenings with friends and family, and it’s been a huge hit every time we’ve brought it out. The concept is simple but very effective—everyone gets ready, the light changes, and you have to react quickly or face a (mild) shock. It instantly creates tension, laughter, and a lot of competitive energy, especially once people get a bit too confident! It’s really easy to set up and doesn’t require any complicated instructions, which makes it perfect for parties or casual get-togethers. The build quality feels solid enough for repeated use, and it’s small enough to store away easily when not in use. The reactions it gets from people are honestly the best part. Even those who are nervous about it end up laughing, and it becomes more about the fun and suspense than anything else. Pros: ✔ Very fun and interactive party game ✔ Simple to set up and play ✔ Great for groups and social gatherings ✔ Creates lots of laughter and excitement ✔ Compact and easy to store ✔ Works well for all ages (with supervision) Cons: ✘ Not everyone enjoys the shock element ✘ Can become repetitive after multiple rounds in one sitting ✘ Requires confident players to get the best experience Overall: This is a really fun novelty game that’s perfect for parties and family nights. It’s simple, funny and surprisingly addictive once you start playing. If you’re looking for something that gets everyone laughing and involved quickly, this is a great choice and always goes down well when I bring it out. More for older children as gives quite a shock. **Q: What batteries does it take? It says 1 a but I imagine this is a typo?** A: Mine has x3 AA in the bottom unless they have changed what battery they use. Hope that helps **Q: Doesn’t seem to shock, any easy fix?** A: Is the setting which looks like a volume dial turned up. Ours nearly made people think they were plugged into the mains **Q: Can u use it on yourself** A: yes - if you have no friends you can play with it on your own , however it defeats the object of the game if no-one can laugh at you or you at them when you get the shock ! : ) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hilarious party game and brilliant for competitive fun *by B***M on 30 May 2026* Hilarious party game and brilliant for competitive fun This Lightning Reaction Reloaded game is absolutely brilliant for group entertainment. Only slight problem is that it could do with a higher level, even at max the shock is not that great, making it almost anticlimatic. Good game overall though. ## Frequently Bought Together - Lightning Reaction Reloaded Shocking Game - The Quick Reaction Shocking Finish Game for the Whole Family - TOSY Flying Disc - 16 Million Color RGB or 36 LEDs, Extremely Bright, Smart Modes, Auto Light Up, Rechargeable, Cool Fun Christmas, Birthday & Camping Gift for Men/Boys/Teens/Kids, 175g Frisbee - Interesting Facts For Curious Minds: 1572 Random But Mind-Blowing Facts About History, Science, Pop Culture And Everything In Between --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sc/products/49048371-lightning-reaction-reloaded-extreme-shocking-game-with-electro-punishment-most](https://www.desertcart.sc/products/49048371-lightning-reaction-reloaded-extreme-shocking-game-with-electro-punishment-most) --- *Product available on Desertcart Seychelles* *Store origin: SC* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
