Really excellent French sausages
Great texture and flavour. An essential ingredient of cassoulet.

I’ve just received my alleged Toulouse sausages and I’m very disappointed. These are normal pork sausages with lots of garlic. Very small. If you served these to a French man, well they wouldn’t be happy. Please tell me how you can sell these pork sausages as Toulouse I don’t know. I run an outside catering company and was going to do a cassoulet and I would have ordered more but not now.

Full of flavour makes an excellent family meal.
These are a family favourite added to store cupboard goods makes a good wholesome meal. Quick to prepare just adding tinned tomatoes butter beans stock herbs and any veg in the fridge I want to use upMakes a very nourishing healthy meal.
