I stand on the front bar when winding in. I put a clear hose on the front bar to protect it from the concrete and to give it a bit of grip as well. **Q: Will this take a 50 metre length hose (Karcher Primoflex Premium)** A: Yes, i have at least 60 ft of hose on the reel. **Q: Can water be connected and flowing whilst reeling out the hose** A: Re Garden Hose the answer is yes but I pull my hose out first then turn the tap on I am more than happy with mine .regards John Jeffreys. ## Frequently Bought Together - Claber Ecosei Hose Reel with Sturdy and Lightweight Aluminium Frame - TW Wholesale 50 Metre Yellow Garden Hose Pipe - 50M Reinforced Heavy Duty Anti-Kink Watering Solution Ideal for Watering, Gardening, and Cleaning Tasks --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sc/products/49098069-ecosei-hose-reel-with-sturdy-and-lightweight-aluminium-frame](https://www.desertcart.sc/products/49098069-ecosei-hose-reel-with-sturdy-and-lightweight-aluminium-frame) --- *Product available on Desertcart Seychelles* *Store origin: SC* *Last updated: 2026-10-25*
