Product Description          Almus ranitidine 75mg 12 tablets are used to bring 12 hours relief from heartburn, indigestion, acid indigestion and hyperacidity. For oral use by adults including the elderly and children over 16 years.             Ingredients          Each film-coated tablet contains: ranitidine mg (as the hydrochloride) as the active ingredient.

                 Directions          Swallow 1 tablet whole with water, as soon as symptoms occur. If symptoms persist for more than one hour take another tablet. Maximum dose: 2 tablets in any 24 hour period.             Safety Warning          Do not exceed the stated dose. If symptoms persist after 6 days do not continue treatment or buy a second pack without the advice of a pharmacist or doctor. Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before taking this medicine. Not as good as the leading brand.  You will need to take two a day and if you don't, well for me, the symptoms soon return hence my return to the brand leader.  Is it really that difficult for someone to create a real alternative to the ridiculously expensive, brand leader?

Arrived yesterday. I have been taking Ranitidine 150mg for several years for excess stomach acid. I want to reduce dosage in order to eventually stop needing them. Tried today, and have had exactly same result as higher dose. Fingers crossed this works.
