Unfortunately we have now recieved two of these with crooked labels. We have also recieved no response from the seller about getting one with a properly applied label, as our plan was to use this piece in the production of how to videos. No, it doesnt affect the use, but for the price, it should be straight. I could easily buy something just as functional for $5 from a local resturant supply store. When you pay this price, you are paying for attention to detail.Correctly applied labels would bump this up to 4 stars, but for the price, something that simple and obvious, especially on multiple units means its absolutely not worth the price.

I purchased this Marcato Dispenser to accompany my red Marcato Atlas 150 pasta machine. The quality of this dispenser is outstanding. It's remarkably heavy and well built. Its a pleasure to use a Dispenser that has a top that securely and easily screws on and off, and doesn't become cross-threaded and stuck like the cheap dispensers. It dispenses flour easily when making pasta, and is a lot less messy than using a flour sifter. I also use this Dispenser to garnish breakfast entrees with Confectioner's Sugar, so my Brioche Strawberry French Toast looks artfully prepared and appetizing. I want to buy another one to use with cocoa powder. I absolutely love it, and worth every penny!

Some say its overpriced.....Me..., I'm on the fence about that.I firmly believe that we get what we pay for. This just feels like total quality when you hold it and any good cook knows that you are an extension of your tools that you use.If you go into the kitchen absolutely loving your tools, chance are you will step up yourselves in my opinion.Is gladly pay this again for another one, the quality is just that good !

For anyone hwo makes pasta from scratch.. this is a great item. I used to throw flour on a board like my mother.. but this allows you to spread the flour out more easily. I am considering buying this for all my family members.. It's sturdy and fabulous.

It works well enough, but had I realized this was a small simple shaker I NEVER would have paid over $30 for it. Seriously. $10 would be pushing the envelope. Even for >$30 you don't get a way to seal the thing, so after us you either let the flour in it go stale, get all the flour out each time (messy to say the least) or do what I do and put the whole thing in the flour bin! I have noticed this about Marcato products as I begin my journey into pasta making - double or triple the price they should be. For example, their ravioli tray (with a little steel rolling pin) is ~$65. I got a ravioli tray and a better steel rolling pin on Amazon from another manufacturer for <$25

This dispenser works great at dispensing flour when making dough. It is easy to clean and it looks great. Makes it very convenient and fast to spread flour.

I have purchased three of these dispensers for pasta making family members. They are not essential for making pasta, but these dispensers shake out just the amount of flour you want so there is greater control. Be sure to use 00 flour because regular flour is too coarse to come through the mesh.

This is a perfect little flower duster. Other things might’ve done just as well, but I love the color that matches my dryer and pasta maker. It makes me happy and it works great.

We bought our son a pasta making machine and pasta airer and saw the shaker they used to go with the machine. Was extravagant for what it is but wanted to have everything matching for his first set. He was very pleased with it and it gets used every time he makes pasta, which is on a regular basis.

Typical Italian over-engineered quality! That's a compliment by the way :-)You won't find a more solid feeling flour dispenser on the market!Yes seems a little over priced but was a gift for the wife so was worth it!You'll be glad you pulled the trigger on this once you receive it.Nice product!

Very good product however I’m only giving it 3 stars because the price is WAY too high. I paid it because it was a gift for someone but IMHO far too expensive for what it is.
