Amazing movie for kids

We saw the trailer some time ago, and since I had some credit about to expire, I thought this would be perfect. My daughter's a big fan of angry birds. She watched it maybe 3-4 times in a row the day we got it. You'd never know who the actors are unless you check the casting list. The lines aren't anything special, but then again this is an Angry Birds movie. I was surprised there's any talking at all, frankly. The best thing about this is the graphics. They're absolutely amazing! I hadn't realized how good they are when I watched the trailer on the laptop, but really, it's wow-wee on the TV!

I had fairly low expectations - even though the purchase wasn't for me! However, it was a pleasant surprise to see it wasn't just a movie cashing in on the Angry Birds brand - stands up on its own and the kids found it entertaining.

For a movie based on a gaming app, this is a surprisingly good fun film. The animation is bright and very colourful and the dialogue fast and witty that should amuse both children and adults. There are some great gags - both visual and verbal that had the whole family laughing.The movie has stood up to repeat viewings by the children (8 & 10) who enjoy the more tasteless gags - and who can blame them!There are far more sophisticated children's films to watch so this one will appeal to anyone who isn't looking for anything deep and meaningful.

I recently watched this with my children aged 9-17yrs and all of them were entertained throughout. Fairly good comedy moments, with a little adult humour covertly thrown in. High quality animation meant it was bright and colourful enough to keep the attention of my child with special needs until the very end without being too childish for my other children.The story line was fun and easy to follow. Typical feel good film.I would highly recommend to any parent but especially those with an age range to satisfy.

A little disappointed. Candidly the advertising clips are the best/funniest bits pegged together with some other' stuff'. ill probably keep the kids quie for an hour or two but does not have the kid/adult appeal of things like Finding Nemo

Both kids sat and watched from start to finish with no fidgeting or talking. They were transfixed…. Amazed. (Boys age 2 and 5).
