The product is solid but not really heavy duty. The “extra” button (spring loaded) looks like it adds security but really only makes it fiddly to undo. I disabled the button and should have bought a “classic” design. But ok.

We got this as my 4 year old is autistic and got out of the house. It's very easy to install and also easy to use. Very strong and cannot be broken easily making it secure for both child getting out and someone unwanted getting in. Fits on our door fine and looks as you would expect it to
