Sennheiser PX100 Earpads

I initially tried to buy a pair of cheap generic earpads for my PX100s from another seller, as the originals had split, but the seller sent me the wrong ones. So, I got a refund & decided to go for these genuine replacements instead. They arrived pretty quickly (4 days) in original Sennheiser packaging (part no.89331), and fit perfectly.As another reviewer mentioned, they do sound a little different compared to the originals, but that's probably more because the old ones had deteriorated over time. I've knocked a star off because they're pretty expensive, but otherwise I'm delighted with them. Although a bit pricey, the originals did last for 5 years, which says a lot for the quality of the product. I've now replaced the headband pads as well- not cheap, but they look better now and they're more comfortable.

Great quality replacement earpads for the PX100.After 5 years of using the Sennheiser PX100 headphones regularly the earpads have worn and started to hurt my ears, so it was time to replace the pads.I first tried non branded soft cussion pads, faux leather pads and similar products and after buying 3 products that were not made by Sennheiser I realized that I should have gone for these from the very start.The new pads went on without much hassle. They are a perfect fit and feel great. The compatible products were extremely tight and ended up tearing one while trying to put it on the headphones.Overall, if these were the earpads that Sennheiser equipped the headphones with out of the factor, why go with something else.After a few months of use they still feel great and hopefully will last another 4-5 years.I recommend these over any 3rd party replacement pads.

These are the official manufacturer pads and I bought these just so I'd have something designed to fit and sound right. And they do both of those things, in fact, (maybe due to my other pads wearing completely thin over the years) these actually seem to have improved the sound, with the lower range in particular. It may also be due to the composition of the pads. Since they are Sennheiser it's not too much of stretch to imagine that they've tested these out for the best composition/longevity/sound. Aren't they just pads? Yes but these actually feel like they have a quality about them, that they might last another few years. There are much cheaper options but are they worth the hassle?

I ordered these as direct replacements for my Sennheiser PX100 headphone pads which had degraded.These arrived quickly with free standard shipping and seem to be original manufacture items and they fitted perfectly and are as comfortable as the original ones.Fitting tip: Spend a lttle time to ensure you push the edge of the pad into the ridge around the headphone.Recommended item.

I had previousely bought a set of earpads(four) seemed o'k but soon fell to pieces,thePX100 earpads felt totally different on my ears and I know which ones I prefer,buy them

I had replaced the worn originals with some cheaper earpads.. they didnt fit so well..quite loose and they would on occasions drop of.. Have fitted the above, and they have restored my aging but favourite headphones back to what they were when i purchased.. My recommendation is dont purchase cheaper alternatives, stick to the Sennheiser... They work though cost a LITTLE more..

Fitted my old pair perfectly, improving the sound. Discovered the other day these 9 year old headphones have a better sound than my tv! Very handy set, glad to keep them going. Use on Ipod, Ipad, mac, cd, professional quality recordings at times.

Sennheiser should have included these with the original product. They fit perfectly, obviously and are identical to the originals.It would have been nice if they had figured out a way to keep the sponge from deteriorating, I foresee having to buy another set in a few years time.
