Flat back tire. Don’t buy!!!
Purchased this for Nephew about 2 months ago to get back and forth to work less than 2 miles away . It has officially made 6 successful trips however this is the 4th tire we have replaced. That’s right 6 good trips 4 carrying it home with a busted inner tube in 2 months. After reading up this is a very common problem!!! Read through the comments and see. You can buy a replacement on the Jetson website that doesn’t have an inner tube for $40 but they have been out of stock since I started looking. Don’t buy until they change the back tire to tubeless!

False advertising as it's finest.
SUCH FALSE ADVERTISING. I needed this scooter to commute from school to work. It's a little bit over a mile all flat terrain. The scooter DIED AFTER A FULL CHARGE ABOUT HALF WAY THERE. So glad I did a test run before I went to work that way. I'm not sure how jetson measures there max ransom or max speed because mine never went over 11.3 mph. This scooter is the absolute worst.

DO NOT BUY
Next time I'll pay better attention to reviews. There were several unfavorable reviews but they wer a little dated so I figured the manufacturer has had time to adjust these problems, well i was wrong. The charge held for 2 miles not the 10 stated . And sure enough on the 3rd use the back tire went flat. I would think that after 2 years of hearing of these problems they could fix, well nope. They did not. Do not waste your money on this item. It is not cheap, so I expected a much better product than I got. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

More for a kid than a commuter
Great design and attracted but not as fast as advertised. I say more for a kid or teen, If you looking for a more adult search Jetson Breeze much faster and suitable for adults

No customer service
My son loved it until it stopped working. Has a code on the LCD screen and can’t get it figured out. The bigger problem is I’ve tried contacting customer service and wrote 2 emails trying to get it figured out but I still haven’t gotten any response. My son has literally only rode it about 10 times up and down the street and now it won’t work. I spent the extra money to buy him a nicer scooter hoping it would last longer. Also thought I would get better service from manufacturer, or at least some service period...

I am extremely disappointed with the battery life
I am extremely disappointed with the battery life. I can hardly get 2.5 miles on one charge. In addition it is almost impossible to put air in the back tire. I wouldn't suggest you buy this scoote

It is a nice scooter but...
The scooter was very nice for the first three months but then the cheap tire broke. Then it took 4 months to get a new tire from the main webpage. Then it was fun to drive for another two months when the battery broke completely we looked for a new one and you can only install it with a licensed installer but there are none in Texas. I would not recommend this scooter at all do not bye.

Disappointing
As soon as I received my package, I noticed that the back break was damaged. After later use, the break broke. I was also extremely disappointed with the battery life. I can hardly get 2 miles on one charge. In addition the deck is very small. I wouldn't suggest you buy this scooter.
