Being that the probe can’t be replaced, I think it’s expensive. How can we do it once purchased?** A: I am not sure if you can use this to test the pH if a person. Perhaps by putting it in sweaty skin. You should call manufacturer to see if they can answer your question. **Q: can i use this meter for cheesemaking?** A: Don't see why notCheesemaking websites list similar ones, maybe less precise than this but same technology **Q: Can I use for stiff dough?** A: Yes you can. This can read liquids and solids. The cost of a new electrode (if you can find one) is more than the cost of a a new pH meter.
