Very Expensive sharpener not worth the money!!!
In My Experience of owning expensive Knives like Yakell super Gou Ā£300 & Global Knives, I wouldn't dare use this sharpener. Similar style sharpening systems are available at a fraction of a price.This is shaving the knife like a rasp.I love my wet stones.
