Review: Cheap, easy to use and effective BONUS good customer service! - I have had this nearly a year and then recently started using it again, however it didn't seem to work. Despite it being cheap and replaceable I decided to contact the customer service team there was a bit of back and forth and miscommunication but they kept following up even when I forgot to reply and somehow, they fixed it super easily once we identified that I needed an update. Honestly I assumed I would be fobbed off but they were so helpful. The print quality isn't great, but it's so cheap, the quality is as good as you'd expect. It works and customer service is good.
