I was really excited by this item as I have previously had vtech monitors which have lasted well and it looked like it had good reviews from people in the UK. However it arrived without a british plug - it had a foreign plug instead! I tried returning it and ordering a replacement, stating that it hadn't got the right plug but the replacement was identical. Completely useless unless I go and find some unknown adaptor

Husband bought as surprise. Great camera at the start, however since app updated we’ve been having issues with it showing any recent movement. We have a notification but when you open the app it says ‘it’s all quiet’ even when baby has been moving around. Contacted vtech who said to return to amazon.
