A: High dose biotin  is 100mg this cannot  be purchased from.a normal pharmacy like Walgreens  or CVS it is from a compound  pharmacy that makes biotin  for treatment of MS or biotin  diffincy you may use 300mg to 1200mg per your  Doctor it is not paid for by insurance

**Q: What’s the Expiration date for this product?**
A: It depends on the lot number and when ordered, shows on bottom of bottle, as in my case 8/22.

**Q: Are these gelatin capsules?**
A: No it is not gelatin, it is capsule with white powder inside.

**Q: What is the expiration date ? That is valed for one year i need to buy one year stok**
A: Purchased last month the expiration date Feb 2023
