Not!! - These pants would not fit over my 1-year-old grandson's bottom. If you have no stomach and no ass, then maybe, but then you wouldn't need XXL, would you? Complete waste of money and not returnable- Duh! Review: Finally, a great fit for people with belly! - I’m a customer with a belly which sometimes makes finding briefs with a comfortable fit difficult. Not!! *by D***H on 7 November 2024* These pants would not fit over my 1-year-old grandson's bottom. If you have no stomach and no ass, then maybe, but then you wouldn't need XXL, would you? Complete waste of money and not returnable- Duh! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Finally, a great fit for people with belly! *by B***T on 26 July 2025* I’m a customer with a belly which sometimes makes finding briefs with a comfortable fit difficult. By increasing the waist size, the XXL proved to be the best fit as I can pull the briefs over my belly for a comfortable fit. Everything else is excellent as per usual when it comes to no leaking, great absorption for a long period of time. A++ ### ⭐⭐⭐ XXL and XL Size *by T***Y on 27 May 2026* There is only a slight difference between sizes XXL and XL. My husband complains that they roll down his backside right after he puts them on. He used to wear XL and gained some weight so when I chose XXL, I expected them to be large enough to fit. I am disappointed because this brand is pricey, and as the size goes up you get less in the package. They do have better protection than other brands I've been trying. ## Frequently Bought Together - Depend Fresh Protection Adult Incontinence Underwear for Men, Disposable, Maximum, Extra-Extra-Large, Grey, 44 Count (2 Packs of 22), Packaging May Vary - Depend Guards Incontinence Pads for Men, Maximum Absorbency, 104 Count (2 Packs of 52), Packaging May Vary - Amazon Basics Incontinence Underwear for Men, Maximum Absorbency, 2X-Large, 42 Count (3 Packs of 14) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sc/products/502535312-fit-flex-incontinence-underwear-for-men-maximum-absorbency-disposable-xxl](https://www.desertcart.sc/products/502535312-fit-flex-incontinence-underwear-for-men-maximum-absorbency-disposable-xxl) --- *Product available on Desertcart Seychelles* *Store origin: SC* *Last updated: 2026-11-04*
