I bought L’Oreal on recommendation of a reviewer but it was awful! Immediately went back to this. I have been using it for between colorings for several years. I use a shade lighter than what my normal color is so it covers the grey roots without looking too dark. My hair is brown with blonde highlights. The only con is the new packaging.
