could not work out why my sleep was worse than it usually is, I brought other versions of this supplement before and they worked, read what I was actually taking and threw it away, will stick with my usual brand. Would advise people to read up on this combination as first time I ever left a bad review, it worried me

These capsules slip down easily.
Being a food supplement rather than a vitamin the capsules are necessarily quite large. However, I found them easy to swallow. The multi-lingual label was extremely comprehensive.

Hätte ich früher drauf kommen sollen. Auf Grund einer Darmkrankheit kann ich keine Eier, Käse, Quark, Hülsenfrüchte und Nüsse sowie viele andere Lebensmittel essen - allesamt die Tryptophan-Bomben. Meine Laune war ohne Grund ständig im Keller. ...Nehme nun eine Kapsel täglich zum Abendessen - man ist wirklich ein neuer Mensch.Das Produkt ist sehr gut - und das zum günstigen Preis.
