Excellent way to commute, doubtful customer support
Excellent, it makes my daily commute much easier! The wheels are a bit small for the quality of the pavement in my city, and I have to be careful, but on smooth sections of my commute I can easily reach 22km/h. It also goes uphill. And the electric brake is very good, I almost never use the mechanical brake (i.e. stepping on the rear mudguard). Charges quickly and easily lasts my 7km commute (including up- and downhill segments). Packs easily to a small size and is easy to carry and store.I am quite happy with the scooter, but beware their customer support.Around 200km on the odometer, the blue led strip stopped lighting up, but I dread contacting their customer support. When I emailed JSF customer support to ask about a maintenance howto last year, I got a reply asking for:-Full name-Full address-Telephone number-Copy of proof of purchase (showing full purchase date, the item and the retailers name)-Photo of the condition of the item-Photo of the problem... no less! This was enough to discourage me to pursue my query, as probably intended! So I think in terms of after-sales support we are on our own :(

Useless for commuting
This is for anyone planning to use this product to commute (to / from rail station etc). It's probably fine for children or smaller adults.I weigh 82 kg and with bags, coats etc probably 85kg+. I have one mile downhill to the station and then 0.5 miles to work at the other end. The scooter is fine downhill, but on the flat struggles to get much over 20 km/h, even on the fastest mode. That's not fast enough to cut it in London. I then need to charge it again at the office. On the way home it then runs out of charge before I get back up the hill. So in summary, it fails to cope with a 3 mile round trip.On the plus side, it is light, easy to use and looks good. My 9-year-old has inherited it and loves it.However, I am not happy because the product is sold as a commuting product for adults.

Stopped working after two weeks. unable to contact the seller,
I paid Β£499 for the scooter, after just a few uses It started to lose power and then surge which was quite dangerous. Now despite being fully charged its stopped working. There is no contact information on the page so its impossible to contact the seller to get a replacement. I appreciate sometimes things go wrong and wouldn't leave a bad review if I was able to resolve the problem direct with the seller. If the seller is reading this please get in touch. I will update the review if this problem is solved but until then I would say don't buy it.

Looks good and smart
Itβs easy to ride, itβs not as fast as I thought it would be and the battery died at 7 km run.

Useless in every sense, do not buy
The product needs to be put on the highest setting to move, at which point it dies after 20 minutes. When dead the resistance is so high it is unusable. The product is not fit for purpose and should not be sold. I returned it tracked and the company received the item two weeks ago, yet I still haven't been refunded and they have stopped replying to my messages.A horrendous experience, please do NOT buy this product.

Best electric scooter and convenient!!
Only problem is the downside is the distance doesn't go very far! It would be nice if it could do 30km! Best side is very portable and light weight to carry around any where that's the good side of it 100 percent verdict!!! Good bye.

Cheap components, charger is fire hazard
Horrible, it almost caught fire! It made a spark when plugged in for the first charge and the charger head got completely burnt. Haven't managed to ride it at all. Avoid

Bad experience
We bought this scooter "new", but not only did the odometer have 20.2km on it, the box was also missing the instruction manual and other bits of packaging. Returned. Would not recommend.
