You could try that before ordering and, if it's not enough, take the boots to a shoe repair with the appropriate boot stretching tool. If you do the latter, make sure to soak it with some warm water and wear them right away. I had some boots stretched in the instep, didn't wear them in a while and when I tried them on the stretching had partially gone away. **Q: someone else asked this question, too, does this product work on sneakers? I believe mine are at least leather toed. Does anyone know?** A: This product is designed to help stretch the main body of a leather show, like over the arch area, etc. If you have real animal leather toes (as opposed to some type of synthetic) on your sneakers, then this product might "possibly" work if you can supply sustained pressure to the area you wish to stretch. **Q: Does it work on patent leather & do u spray inside or out** A: We had success in the inside of the shoe.It's a good product and it worked for us. **Q: Do they work on sneakers/trainers?** A: Only tried it on work boots.
