They sent a new one and extra letters and we have loved it! The felt on this one is flawless and the whole thing looks awesome on our bakers rack. My kids love it when I change the sayings and they beg to help with the letters—it’s become a really fun family activity. We will continue to use for school/special occasion pics as well. Thanks to Word Up for their great customer service!I ordered this for pics for my son's first day of school and then to use as fun house decor. I made the mistake of waiting to open it the morning of school, only to find a mysterious stain on the felt. I don't know if it's glue or some other gunk.
