Jeff G ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good suppliment *by J***M on September 16, 2026* Good ingredients ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Husband had a hard time taking these - but seem to work *by J***. on June 10, 2022* My husband took these for about a month and said that they did not have any taste but he had a really hard time swallowing them. He doesn't do great with pills and these are fairly large with the coating being kind of "sticky". Having to take three of them every day was just too much and he would often skip it. We are switching to a different brand with less pills per dose in hopes that will work for us. In the month that he took them, we did not notice much difference but not sure if that is because he was not taking them as regularly as he could have been. The ingredients and nutrients of this is very promising but if the person taking these is not great at swallowing pills, you might want to look at a different option. **Update, I added a star to my review because while there is no way to know for sure if these helped, I just found out I am pregnant after trying for a year.
