I love this product. Fast delivery, it came with in 48 hours.I was a little skeptical as to weather or not this would work. So I tried it on a small area of my couch. But it worked amazingly.I had cat scratches and a few blemishes on both my black couches (from them rubbing on the wall) and it worked so well people can't tell were I repaired them!The instructions were very easy to follow, and if you follow the instruction to the letter you can't go wrong. What would say though is use the filler liberally. Really fill in any holes from the scratches with a thick blob of filler, then smooth over all the scratch and holes with a thin layer, just like the picture, then sand it down.Also I wouldn't use it on the seating area of your couch, just use it on the sides or back. I don't think it will hold up on areas of the couch where you sit, or in areas where the leather is going to stretch and move.Some people have already mentioned it doesn't come in packaging in the picture. It comes in a box, but everything was there. And the filler was a little difficult to open, as some of it had split a round the seal.But I'm very impressed with the finishes on my couches, and have told friends about what great product this is.

Wouldn't exactly say this stuff is easy to use, there are lots of stages to it. Luckily I have actually got any tears in the sofa, only scratch marks, so can't say whether this would repair the leather ok.

Purchased recently but only opened package now, to attempt to make use of. Found black ink leaking everywhere - small bottles with paper/cardboard all stuck together ! Cut open at outer side of clear plastic vacuum pack.What sort of containers are they using and who's checking off proper sealing on the items included (beforehand) ???ps Currently encountering technical issue, attaching my photos taken at the 'scene of crime' ! - Therefore Amazon in the frame too !Received in ridiculous condition.

Black IKEA sofa was part of the furniture in rented accommodation, my cat completely destroyed it - this took some elbow grease and a lot of patience but the results were phenomenal. One pack covered most of the sofa so if you have something bigger than a compact 2 seater, I'd order a few.

Best thing that I have ever brought! My cat had completely destroyed 2 black leather sofas. Was told by a leather repair company that they couldn't help as the damage was too bad... this has restored the sofa (not completely like new) you would never guess what that there was any damage.

Started off with small cat scratches and ended up with dark blotches which looked ten times worse. Admittedly I bought the wrong colour but this is what happened when I put white on a cream leather chair
