Le moulin fait son travail bien que bruyant. Je regrette aussi que la mouture ne soit pas plus fine même après réglages. Niveau dégustation, après différents réglages (mouture, choix du grain, tassage et quantité) je suis jusqu'à présent un peu déçu. En effet, il en coule un cafe semblable à celui d'une cafetière filtre: un goût aqueux, un manque de profondeur dans le goût et la palette aromatique. Egalement une absence de mousse. Je pense que cela est dû à la largeur du filtre en inox. (Le café infuse mal) Pour autant le café est chaud. Je ne suis pas un expert mais en comparaison mon autre machine à percolateur qui n'est pas equipée de broyeur (un modèle basique de chez delonghi) fait un meilleur café que cette ariete 1318 que j'ai payé plus cher. Donc du potentiel: une machine bien conçue dans l'ensemble niveau qualité et esthétique mais une extraction du café à revoir, à repenser car elle ne transmet pas dans la tasse toutes les qualités du café. Il serait intéressant d intégrer un reducteur de filtre pour augmenter la pression et libérer les arômes du café afin de ne pas avoir ce goût et cette texture aqueuse.
