Breaking out of the feature film Osmosis Jones, Ozzy and Drix follows the adventures of white-blood-cell cop Ozzy (voice of Phil LaMarr) and over-the-counter cold-pill sidekick Drix (voice of Jeff Bennett) into a whole new world of grime-fighting: the body of 13-year-old Hector Cruz (voice of Justin Cowden). Newcomers to the "City of Hector," thanks to transplant via mosquito, Ozzy and Drix set up shop as private eyes behind Hector's left eye, but fight an uphill battle convincing Mayor Paul Spryman (voice of Alanna Ubach) and Police Chief Gluteus (voice of Jim Cummings), the mayor's right-hand man, that Hector's health is their number-one case. Thankfully, ace red-blood-cell cell-rights activist attorney Ellen Patella (voice of Vivica A. Fox) and crack amino-acid police officer Maria Amino (voice of Tasia Valenza) are in their corner (or cornea, as the case may be), all in this 3-Disc, 26-episode Complete Series Collection.

Does Anyone Remember The 2001 Osmosis Jones Movie ? No Well That's Okay Because That Is What This Animated Series Is Based On The Main Star Of This Series Hector Cruz Inside Hector Is Of Course Ozzy & Drix And The Mission Is To Keep Hector In Great Healthy Shape But As We Know There Germs Out There And Not All Ways Do We Stay In Great Shape But We Must Do What We Can By Eating Healthy And Exercise Even Hector Is All Ways Remind Of That Now On To The Characters: Hector Cruz Is 13 Year Old Who Is All Ways Bright But Sometimes Naïve And That Sometimes Gets Him In Bit Of Jam Like For Example The Episode Where There Is Smoke Hector Is Been Tricked Into Smoking A Cigarette The Problem Is That Smoking Is Not Healthy And Addictive And Can Cause Lung Cancer Fortunately Hector Realize That And Its All Thanks To A Cute Girl Named Christine Because She Tells Hector (If You Smoke Then I Don't Want To Be Near You) Now That One Way To Get People To Stop Smoking As For The Characters Inside Hector Ozzy Or Osmosis Here Is A Character Who Has His Own Rules And Has Little Respect For Authority Especially Mayor Spryman Who Is Happens To Be The Same Age As Hector Only His Has A Fear Problem And Likes To Be In Charge And Takes Credit For The Work The Police Does As For Ozzy"s Partner's Dirx Who Sticks By The Rules And Maria Amino Who All So Sticks By The Rules. Just Imagine A White Blood Cells Police Working With White Blood Cell & Cold Pill Then Again I Never Imagine This Animated Series Get Made Let Alone Broadcast On Kids WB! & On Cartoon Network Back In 2002 And In 2004 And I Never Imagined The Series Gets A Dvd Release In 2017 But As They Say Better Late Than Never Because This Animated Series Is Better That The Movie That Was Released Back In Summer 2001 Final Rating 5 Stars

One of WB's best modern cartoons
My sister and I loved this cartoon as kids, and I was heartbroken when Cartoon Network took it off the air. Saying I was ecstatic when I learned Warner Bros. finally released the series on DVD would be an understatement! Don't let the sometimes-nauseating jokes fool you; the cartoon does indeed provide educational value, and talks about subjects of which we unfortunately don't see very much in cartoons today, such as smoking and just what binging on tons of sweets does to the body. Plus, although she said she didn't like the show anymore, my sister has started watching it again - and really enjoys it!The DVDs played well, with two minor exceptions, both on the third disc: a couple of the episodes would skip in different places each time they played, though I have a hunch that was just the DVD player; and the episodes "Triumph of the Supplements" and "Double Dose" were switched around - meaning, selecting one would play the other, and vice versa. This didn't really bother me, as all the eps were still there, and I haven't read about anyone else experiencing this issue, so I guess it's just my disc. All things considered, I highly recommend this series!

Great show about the human body
I love that show a long time ago. It really helped me learn how to stay healthy and not get sick. And also learn about what infections do in our body, even if it’s unrealistic but a way to help kids understand in a cartoon like it did for me.

I loved this series as a kid.
I loved this series when I was a kid. I remember it used to come on kids WB back in 2002 when I was 10 years old. Then later on around 2008 or 2009 it used to come on Cartoon Network then I never saw it again until I heard it was released on DVD. I was soooo excited and had to buy it due to extreme nostalgia. I loved the movie too but this show was awesome! I was sad upon hearing that they canceled it after season 2.
