Review: Quality product. - My previous one, of the same make, was over 10 years old I think. Something had broken inside, relating to the flow adjustment. The writing on the handle had worn away, so I didn't know the make, so thanks to Google Lens, I was able to identify it, and order another. I can't complain about it, considering how long it has been in use. Especially when my two son's were teenagers, sometimes having two showers a day! When I ordered, in July, it said it wouldn't be arriving until January 25, but as my old one was still working, I decided to wait. Luckily, I was notified it was ready for collection today, (1st August), from my desertcart pick up point, and I've just fitted it, and it works perfectly, as I expected from past experience. Don't hesitate to buy this. You won't be disappointed. Looks good too! No leaks. Considering how long it lasts, and the good service it gives, it is excellent value for money. Happy customer 😊

**Q: Does this fit any shower hose? I’m looking to replace a Mira handset with this one - is it compatible?**

Thank you for your enquiry. All of our hand showers have a 1/2" connection and so as long as the hose has this also the hand shower will fit.

I would not know the measurements of another manufactures hose.

A: Perhaps try a Hansgroh Croma Eco showerhead. It has four settimgs and uses less water than a standard head.

**Q: I tried this as a replacement for an old Raindance 100 hand shower. Fits correctly but it leaks at hose - any idea why?**

There should be a flat washer in the nut of the hose to prevent a leak. Please check that this is in place and if not, contact the team at customerservices@hansgrohe.co.uk.

**Q: I am looking for maximum water flow. Is this a good shower head for this or does it have a flow restrictor?**
A: Hi  I bought this for my Hansgrohe shower which is powered by a combi boiler. I noticed that the hot water kept cutting out and coming back on 30 secs later when the shower was running. Initially I thought it was an issue with the shower unit. However, when I took off the Hansgrohe shower head and turned the shower on so that the water just ran through the hose, there were no issues with the hot water coming through constantly. After a conversation with National Shower Spares, I came to the conclusion that this particular shower head works best with electric showers. Their advice was to use a shower head compatible with the shower unit, which means the same manufacturer and, if possible, one of the original shower heads.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality - At A Price

When I bought this I did think it was a tad pricey but I'd already fitted a Hansgrohe bath mixer which, I had not realised did not come with the shower head. My bad for not reading the description properly. And I repeated my mistake here again. I figured for the price which, is way higher than generic heads the hose would come with it. Nope. All that money only buys the actual head itself. It's not great value to be honest. However, putting that aside, the fact is that this is a very good quality item and it certainly works well. It's good in the hand and the water flow in all modes is well controlled. That money has made a difference for sure. Bottom line is that I should have accepted that buying German designed quality was not going to be quite as cheap as the initial prices suggested. I would still have bought the same equipment because, it's genuinely very good. However, read the descriptions because Hansgrohe sell exactly what they say. The bath mixer with shower head attachment requires you to purchase the mixer, the shower head, the hose and the wall mount separately unless you see a package deal. Fundamentally, you are paying a good amount but you are getting high quality.
