You will need to be patient and give it time to work. It will not work overnight. I only use this when I have flare ups. HOW I USE FOR BEST RESULTS: • Do one wash and rinse to get dirt and oils off of scalp. • After rinsing, go back in a second time. This will make the shampoo distribute in the scalp easier since all the buildup has already been removed from the first wash. • Let sit for about 5 minutes or so then rinse I do this every 2-3 days and usually in about a week or two my flare ups are completely cleared! Only complaint is that because the medication they use, it makes the shampoo smell bad. I can get past the smell, because it actually works!
