Marmot Eos 1p Tent

Herewith I would like to show my disappointment with Marmot Eos 1p Tent, purchased at AMAZON on Nov. 23, 2017 in US.My first usage of this tent was on Jun. 20, 2019.For 2 years this tent has not been unpacked and stored in its own original bag.This tent has been brought by a friend of mine that did a short business trip to US.I live in Brazil,, where is no MARMOT local dealer so I cannot start a warranty claim.That’s why I’m writing you to show the problems I’ve faced with this tent at this first usage:01) I realized that in the internal seam, there is like an adhesive tape that maybe is for sealing purpose.This adhesive tap cracks all along the aluminum rods used for the tent structure.These cracks you can see on the tent floor (see pictures 04.jpg and 05.jpg)My question here is:- Why does it happen?- Is it common?- Is it a problem?- Will I have sealing problems?Conditions that the tent has been exposed:- Open camping sight, on a flat grass, with proper under layer protection under the tent floor.- Temperature at night: 13°C- Temperature during day: 23°C- Tent mounted during 3 days: 20.03.2019 – 23.03.2019- See picture 06.jpg02) Besides that, during the night, the battery lamp fell over the ground. This lamp has been acquired at Decathlon store and has been attached to the internal velcro latch for this purpose.See pictures 01.jpg; 02.jpg; 03.jpg for details.I’ve verified that this stripe is also attached to the internal tent cover through an adhesive tape.How to fix it without jeopardizing the sealing?Really not expected that this would happen at the first usage of this tent.Disappointing.Once there is no Marmot dealer in Brazil, whats the procedure to have a new tent once I’ve no confident to use it again in its conditions?

Tent is very light and packs small. Worked well on trip in South Dakota's Centennial Trail.

Good weight, nice design!

Loved the tent. Everything worked perfect, zippers were good, seams were all dry even though it rained all night. My only complaint is I cannot find a footprint for it, but alas. The tent is perfect.
