Nice touchscreen laptop and works fine with ease.

Wrong/missing pieces
Paid for the bundle and didn’t receive the wireless mouse or ear buds I paid for. Also received the wrong charger cord for this notebook. Theres a scratch/streak on the screen right in the middle. I’m usually absolutely fine with refurbished but this is insane.

I hate it
This is the worst product I ever bought in Amazon I say this is 10 out of zero, when I takeoff this box like it was rubbish. All the parts were like like so so bad like the computer was like punched like into a tour Tilla and the nut came off.
