Update - still brilliant! Have moved house and have had no issues with it. Everyone always compliments it. Even made a bar area in out new kitchen.Brilliant fridge. Looks lovely and just what we needed. We use it for all our drinks - the shelves are taken out easily for other beverages. I’ve looked everywhere for one for my mum but cannot find one this good for the price.The only thing I could find fault with is the temperature takes a while to get all the way down to the set temp when you put drinks in. But we put them in and leave them overnight to cool to the appropriate temperature so it’s not a problem for us.Other that that it exactly what I wanted.

Looks good and does the job but (1) doesn't have much cooling power - fill it with room-temperature bottles and it'll take an age to get down to the right temperature; (2) made a loud buzzing noise (to the point that I had to return it).

Good product. Looks nice and easy to use.I would have prefer a bit more space for each layer, as some of my bottles are a little larger than the standard bottle (and i m not taking about champagne bottles here).You can hear some noice, but if you leave it in the kitchen it s fine. Which means that it is not suitable for a leaving room.The delivery was not great (late and they said informed me the evening before that they were coming.. Not great when you are not working from home...like most people do..). But the delivery has nothing to do with the product, which is good.

Big fan of Amazon but I will never buy white goods from them again. Ordered a 32 bottle wine cooler to store red wines at a constant temp. Set it up & the temp control didn't work, called the manufacturer for product support who told me to call the seller, who said it's probably faulty and in turn told me to call Amazon as they fulfilled the order. Spoke to a non interested Amazon customer service guy who told me to pop it back in a box and return it like it was a DVD!! I explained the difficulties of repackaging a 30kg item once the carton had been split open to unpackage it but he didn't care and said that was my problem. It may cost slightly more but at least I know a retailer like John Lewis will provide a proper customer care and a much better level of customer service

Great value wine fridge with dual temperature control. It is quiet, nothing more than a low hum from the motor, and looks good with mirror look glass and blue LED lights. Works well too!

Looks nice but that's about as good as I can say about it.I find it has a constant droning noise which is quite loud (may be a fault?) also the bottom compartment hasn't reached any less than 10°C in the 4 days it has been turned on

Does exactly what its meant to do. Looks really smart. Only downside is that its a bit noisy but does blend into background noise.

Absulutly thrilled with this wine chiller, does all that it says it would, looks great, delivered whithin the sellers delivery time, shame they couldn't sprinkle a bit of happy dust on the delivery driver. But sooo happy with out cooler - Thank you.
