Doesn't leave residue but has a great adhesion. You can leave on gear for an extended period of time (weeks, months) and will not leave any residue. This does not apply for anything that produces a good amount of heat, it will then start to degrade the tape and leave residue. you can reuse the tape and therefore I have a roll last me for at least a year or so of regular use meaning this is excellent value for money. Review: Good width fabric tape - This is excellent fabric tape, rather like the stuff we used to use for sticking bandages on in the olden days (before paper surgical tape was invented). I used it for making screens for my windows, placing it along both sides of the edges of pvc screening (bought separately), and adding self adhesive velcro squares to hold them in place on the windows.. Although the tape sticks to itself very well on it's own, the pvc screening didn't like it, so I machine sewed along the edges. See pics. Does the job. It keeps leaving an annoying single strand at the edge when pulling tape off the roll.
