How does it work?
The Comfort Cloud neck stretcher uses traction to relieve neck pain, stiffness, and tension by stretching spinal vertebrae and creating space between them. This allows the intervertebral discs to relax. The neck stretcher helps provide great relief to neck pain but we want the problem to be fixed from the roots which arise due to a sedentary lifestyle. The trainer helps the body address muscle imbalances that arise due to unhealthy postures and guides them where they need to be.
We have included a posture trainer in our comprehensive kit. The trainer helps the body address muscle imbalances that arise due to unhealthy postures and guides them where they need to be. It helps in developing a healthy posture & regain confidence!
The comfort cloud neck stretcher features a added thermal function with adjustable settings, the heat targets the deeper level of the skin, the more painful and stiffer muscles. It increases blood circulation and flexibility and provides 10x better relief than regular ones.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How does it heat up**
A: To use the neck stretcher with heat therapy -

1) Set the temperature and timer as per your level of comfort. We recommend you start with the lowest temperature (35℃) for 5-10 minutes and then increase gradually after 3-4 days.
2) Connect the Neck Stretcher to the Jack of the USB remote. Plug the USB remote into any adaptor and switch on the power supply.
3) Use the remote to set the timer and temperature. There are buttons present for the time & heat settings. Click on the button once to go to the lowest mode, i.e, 35℃ and 10 minutes. There will be a light indicating which mode you are on.
4) To keep on increasing the temperature and time, go on clicking the corresponding buttons till you reach your choice of temperature and timer setting.
5) If you wish to switch off the heat function in the middle, just keep on clicking the button until it reaches the top. And one more time after reaching the top, the blue light will turn off indicating that the heat setting is turned off.

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Helped From Day 1
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 16 November 2024*

From the first day I used this, it helped relieve pain and stiffness. Two things to take note of when reading this review:(1) I only use the neck traction device, not the posture strap.(2) My issue is damage to C4-C5 in my neck after an accident some years ago.I tell you this as your situation may differ, thus getting different results.I use this at night before going to bed, as it suits me best to use it then. Every morning I awake, I feel less pain and stiffness than before using the traction device. The heat is soothing and adjustable, to suit you. I have needed to play around with the precise positioning, as it seems even a small difference in position on your neck, makes a big difference to comfort and I guess effectiveness, so bear that in mind when you first start using it. Also, make sure that you check the instructions on which way around to position it, as one way stretches more than another, you should start with the easier way and progress in time, to the other way with more stretch, if needed. For me, this was a good buy.BTW, if you do have neck problems, you probably also want to use a cervical orthopaedic pillow, I have used one for years, and it also makes a massive difference.
