Since I was able to get this during a lightning deal, I ordered it. For what I paid, it’s OK. It is very cute but the workmanship is poor. The metal cat head is not centered properly above the entrance hole, which I’m sure I can fix by reattaching it in a different location. There are huge openings between the sections. Finishing work on the wood sections is extremely rough, and there are a couple cracks which I’m sure will not weather well. And the entry hole is too big for a wren. Why 4 stars? It is still cute and will be right at home hanging in one of my trees. I will use a cedar stain on it to try and protect it.

This is so cute at this time of year. I haven’t put it out yet, but will in the very very early spring perhaps February but as I love cats and birds, this is one of the cutest I’ve ever seen.!

Of all the birdhouses I reviewed, this one I selected and I ordered one! Received with a minor mis-alignment of the side door used to clean the nest area! Material used & design very good! I ordered (2) more and received them with same mis-alignment on the side door on one, missing both lower roof medal roofs on the other birdhouse. Still I,'m keeping them all, easy to make right!

This bird house is well made with a choice of two openings. I’ll be putting it out in the Spring and hope I get a family.
