The switch allows you to have standar white LED on, or the other option is blacklight to bring out an UV aquarium decor you are using. I am still waiting for my decor to be delivered and the tank is still cycling so haven't used it in situ yet, but I have stuck it to the tank lid alongside the lights included with my set up. Easy enough to stick on (I used 3M sticky pads) or you can screw it on if you prefer.

**Q: Does the light come with suction cups to stick to inside of tank?**
A: Mine included suction cups, small screws and 3M sticky pads

A: It doesn't come with glow pen

A: Sorry I have the light on a timer in daughters room. I don't use night light

**Q: Does the power plug have usb or is it just english plug?**
A: Interpet isn't cheap knock off aquarium suppliers so definitely not USB. There reasonable priced and quite reliable. If your unsure about buying this light from Amazon you can buy this light in pets at home aswell. Had this light on my daughter's small tanks for years on a timer obviously and had no issues at all. I do not have the light submerged if that's intention my review won't matter in regards to liability.

This is cool as an add-on to an existing tank lid and can apparently be fully submerged if you wanted to place it in the tank itself. The switch allows you to have standar white LED on, or the other option is blacklight to bring out an UV aquarium decor you are using. I am still waiting for my decor to be delivered and the tank is still cycling so haven't used it in situ yet, but I have stuck it to the tank lid alongside the lights included with my set up. Easy enough to stick on (I used 3M sticky pads) or you can screw it on if you prefer.

This light work fantastically, no complaints, it illuminates my sons tank perfectly! And with the dual functionality of having both blue and white or just blue makes perfect for a kids fish tank!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A nice little night light, but the mount is flawed and there's no shade.

Quite a compact little light but it seems more bulky than it really needs to be. The suction cups work okay, but it's not designed to be able to be attached to outside of the tank, which would actually look really good - if you attached it to the end of the tank, due to total internal reflection you can't actually see the LEDs directly, only the light that is cast inside. So you have to attach it inside. But then, because there's no shade, the LEDs themselves are directly visible and they're quite blinding and distracting. If you have a full hood I suppose this isn't an issue. I'm designing and 3D printing a hood which I will share if it works well. Because theres no diffuser covering the LED elements, you get a lovely pattern cast from diffraction by the surface ripples, it looks really nice. The bright setting uses a mix of white and blue LEDs, which looks nice but it is still a moon light. This will no grow any plants and it's not suitable for daytime viewing. It's a lovely way of seeing your tank when the main lights are off. The dim setting uses the blue LEDs only, which is much dimmer but also looks great. I suggest using it with a Bluetooth socket so you can control timings etc, although there would still be no way of remotely changing between the light modes (white+blue Vs only blue).
