Great stuff, and easy to spray. If you're spraying overhead, wear lots of protection. I didn't cover my beard the first time, and I had to cut it off.. lol. Review: Great Value - I used to own a Spray Foam company 20 years ago. We had a minimum to send a truck out of $1,500 If you have a small job to do, look no further, this is the least expensive option to get it done. I’m glad I found this, in fact I will be ordering more for my own house to spray my rim Joist. Check out my video review to see how far you can get with 12 cans ## Features - CLASS-A FIRE RATED & ENERGY SAVING: Sprayman Spray Coat is a closed-cell polyurethane spray foam insulation with Class-A Fire Rating, tested according to ASTM E84 standards. Designed for trusted safety and high performance, it provides advanced flame resistance for roofs, walls, basements, tanks, and more. Its excellent roofing and wall insulation performance helps boost comfort, safety, and energy efficiency while reducing heating and cooling costs by up to 40%–60%, depending on application conditions. - LONG-LASTING DURABILITY & STRUCTURAL STABILITY: Once applied, the foam forms a rigid, dense structure that resists cracking, shrinking, and settling over time. It strengthens the insulated area, improves building envelope integrity, and eliminates thermal bridging. A single application delivers years of reliable thermal and acoustic performance. - SMART DUAL-NOZZLE APPLICATION SYSTEM: Designed for user-friendly application, Sprayman includes two interchangeable nozzles: Nozzle A for vertical wall and surface applications, and Nozzle B for ceiling spraying. It provides consistent expansion, adheres strongly without dripping, and is paintable after curing. - ADVANCED FORMULA WITH UV & DIMENSIONAL STABILITY: Developed with next-generation polyurethane technology, it offers excellent heat and sound insulation while maintaining dimensional stability. Unlike conventional foams, it does not warp window or door frames. UV exposure may slightly affect color, but the foam remains effective and intact. - WIDE SURFACE COMPATIBILITY & GAP FILLING: Suitable for drywall, wood, concrete, plaster, stucco, brick, sheetrock, glass, carbon fiber, MDF, metal, PVC, OSB, and more. Fills gaps, cracks, and cavities with a strong airtight seal. Perfect for residential, industrial, marine, and automotive use including RVs, boats, trailers, sheds, campers, and sea vessels. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0BSXDG3VX | | Best Sellers Rank | #11,299 in Industrial & Scientific ( See Top 100 in Industrial & Scientific ) #28 in Urethane Adhesives | | Brand | SPRAYMAN | | Brand Name | SPRAYMAN | | Coverage | 240 square feet at 1 inch thickness | | Customer Reviews | 4.1 out of 5 stars 476 Reviews | | Included Components | 12 x Urethane Adhesive (SprayCoat), 1 × Application Gun, 1 × Gun Cleaner | | Item Thickness | 2 inches | | Item Weight | 29 pounds | | Manufacturer | Sprayman | | Manufacturer Part Number | SPPF10501 | | Material | Urethane adhesive | | Material Type | Urethane adhesive | | Model Number | SPPF10501-Set-12P | | Number of Items | 12 | | Number of Packs | 12 | | Recommended Uses For Product | Thermal Insulation, Sound Insulation | | Unit Count | 12 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** SPRAYMAN - **Item Thickness:** 2 inches - **Material:** Urethane adhesive - **Number of Packs:** 12 - **Recommended Uses For Product:** Thermal Insulation, Sound Insulation ## Images ![Sprayman Spraycoat Fire Rated Spray Foam Insulation Kit 240 Sq.Ft - High R-Value (11.32 / 2in) Closed Cell Heat & Noise Insulation for Wall & Attic - Gun, Cleaner & Safety Gear - 27.1 oz, 12 Pack - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81CfFegm5OL.jpg) ![Sprayman Spraycoat Fire Rated Spray Foam Insulation Kit 240 Sq.Ft - High R-Value (11.32 / 2in) Closed Cell Heat & Noise Insulation for Wall & Attic - Gun, Cleaner & Safety Gear - 27.1 oz, 12 Pack - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71B1bhnxkOL.jpg) ![Sprayman Spraycoat Fire Rated Spray Foam Insulation Kit 240 Sq.Ft - High R-Value (11.32 / 2in) Closed Cell Heat & Noise Insulation for Wall & Attic - Gun, Cleaner & Safety Gear - 27.1 oz, 12 Pack - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71xjK6D+4pL.jpg) ![Sprayman Spraycoat Fire Rated Spray Foam Insulation Kit 240 Sq.Ft - High R-Value (11.32 / 2in) Closed Cell Heat & Noise Insulation for Wall & Attic - Gun, Cleaner & Safety Gear - 27.1 oz, 12 Pack - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/813nD13FdjL.jpg) ![Sprayman Spraycoat Fire Rated Spray Foam Insulation Kit 240 Sq.Ft - High R-Value (11.32 / 2in) Closed Cell Heat & Noise Insulation for Wall & Attic - Gun, Cleaner & Safety Gear - 27.1 oz, 12 Pack - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71a-O-w1RjL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size, Set** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: The sprayman foam insulation didnt come with a gun and it doesn't say what gun to get. Which spray gun is compatible?** A: Hello, we have a product listing that included a gun. The standard dispending gun is compatible with our product. **Q: What is the R value of this product?** A: I believe 5.66+ **Q: Is this a closed cell foam? No where on the can do I see Closed Cell, they talk about closed cell in description but they do not say this product is.** A: yes it is closed cell. **Q: How many cans do you need for 1" insulation on a 40x8.5x9.5 shipping container?** A: I am assuming that 8.5 is the with and the 9.5 is the height. Using length times width for each side and end. 40 x8.5 is 340 square ft. Two sides together will equal 680sq ft. Now the ends 8.5 x 9.5=80.75 square ft. There are two ends so mult. times 2 =80.75 square ft. =161.5 sq ft for the ends. Add the sides, and you get161.5+680= 841.5 square ft. I assume you want to do the ceiling also. ceiling is 8.5 wide and 40 long. 8.5 x 40= 340 sq ft. add them up and grand total is 1,181.5 sq ft. 24 cans does 480 square ft. Looks like 49 cans. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Second purchase, great stuff *by P***O on September 17, 2026* I insulated an entire shed, then bought more when it came time to insulate my back porch. It is messy. Make sure you get some plastic painters tarps put over anything that you don’t want it to get on cause it will hope that helps. ## Frequently Bought Together - Sprayman Spray Foam Insulation Kit (240 Sq.Ft.) - Closed Cell Polyurethane Expanding Foam Sealant, Thermal & Acoustic Protection for Wall and Attic - Gun & Cleaner Included, 27.1 oz, 12 Pack - Reusable Half Face Gas Mask with Safety Glasses, Filters - For Painting, Welding, Woodworking --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sc/products/516299410-sprayman-spraycoat-fire-rated-spray-foam-insulation-kit-240-sq](https://www.desertcart.sc/products/516299410-sprayman-spraycoat-fire-rated-spray-foam-insulation-kit-240-sq) --- *Product available on Desertcart Seychelles* *Store origin: SC* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
